Introducing

Byw.
Let me introduce myself: my name is Geraint Rhys Benney and I am the founder of Byw Life Sculpting. I started Byw – which means ‘Live’ in my native language of Welsh – as a tool to help me become a happier, confident, more grateful human being. I have found some amazing tools and practices along my journey that have genuinely not only changed my life, but also changed how I look at the universe we live in. For as far back as I can remember, I had taken my self far too seriously, whenever something went wrong I took it to heart; I took it personally when it wasn’t really personal at all. It was just life being life – it’s the same for everyone. It was how I was reacting to life that was my problem, not life itself. To some extent I was creating my own misfortune. We are taught from a young age to be afraid of the unknown, to have fear of failure, whether it’s from school or family, we have been setting ourselves up to fail without even thinking about it. But “fear not” as they say, it’s not irreversible – you can make changes and it’s not as hard as some make it out to be, but you have got to really want to change for it to happen, and when I say really I mean really. I mean: you would do anything, no matter how outlandish or ridiculous it sounds. I am a student of all the things I talk about here, and I still have a lot to learn, but I have found them all useful tools in improving my life and my thoughts. If it’s helped me then maybe it can help you. If you have any interest in life improvement then please follow Byw, and tell your family and friends to hop on board – let’s all take the trip together.
Please come back soon for our next discussion on happiness, but until then we hope you Have an Amazing Day.
Byw.
